You heard that right! SCALE returns this year exclusively for Ombud customers. This one-day event will be an opportunity to expand your knowledge and use of the Ombud platform, learn best practices from peer organizations, and interact with the Ombud team.

Why are you staying virtual this year?
Pre-2020, Ombud’s SCALE was an intimate retreat for our heaviest users. After offering SCALE virtually in 2020, we were able to reach a larger group of our customers and will replicate that approach in 2021.
Will there be a fee associated?
Ombud’s SCALE 2021 will be completely free - and there may even be some gifts and prizes for attending!
